Patch 1.3: ETA

Just a small heads-up: an eventual 1.3 will probably arrive. However, there's no official answer as of now to the question whether or not there'll be one, if there's an ETA, etc. In due time, Paradox will probably announce its plans regarding HOI3.

So in the meantime: sit back gents, break out the whiskey, light a cigar and be patient.
